Dismissal

Termination of an apartment must be in writing and confirmed by the landlord. If you send your notice of termination, it must be sent by registered mail, which also provides you with confirmation of your termination. The notice period is 3 months and starts on the first working day after the end of each month and must be confirmed in writing by 12:00 on the first working day of the month.

When moving out, an inspection is always carried out at least one month before moving out. A cleaning inspection is carried out on all apartments except in the case of a direct change of apartment. The cleaning inspection should be notified at least one week before the date of departure.

Remember to cancel your electricity contract and change your address. If you have Tele 2, leave your set-top box and accessories in the apartment for the next tenant.
