If you send your notice of termination, it must be sent by registered mail, which also provides you with confirmation of your termination. The notice period is 3 months and starts on the first working day after the end of each month and must be confirmed in writing by 12:00 on the first working day of the month.<\/p>\n<p>When moving out, an inspection is always carried out at least one month before moving out. A cleaning inspection is carried out on all apartments except in the case of a direct change of apartment. The cleaning inspection should be notified at least one week before the date of departure.<\/p>\n<p>Remember to cancel your electricity contract and change your address.
